The lifestyle plan is a diet that can fit around your lifestyle with 1 conventional low carb meal by day.
If you think you will miss conventional meal, Lifestyle plan is done for you. Lifestyle plan will allow you to maintain 1 low calorie, low carb meal
a day. It is ideal if you want to sit down and have a meal with your family or friends, and it won't compromise your social life.
You will have 3 Pickslim products by day and 1 low carb lunch or diner (based on your lifestyle, you will pick the one you want!!). All our products are low calorie, low carbohydrate and high protein
to avoid hunger during the day.
Lifestyle Plan is a low carb diet.
In order to help you to lose weight fastly
,without compromising your lifestyle, the lifestyle plan is a mild ketogenic
weight loss plan with low carb meals to burn fat
. Thanks to the low amount of carbohydrate you will consume, your body will enter in ketosis
. Ketosis is a metabolic state in which body's energy supply comes from Ketones
in your blood rather than blood glucose. Ketosis results from staying on a low carbohydrate diet (Keto diet
), while in Ketosis, fat reserves are readily released and consumed , it is the fat burning mode.
As a consequence, you will loose weight quickly.
With 14 breakfasts, 14 meals and 14 snacks: we created for you a weekly weight loss plan with 42 products
Breakfast: 1 Pickslim product + A tea or a coffee
Lunch or Diner: 1 Pickslim product + Vegetables
Afternoon break: 1 Pickslim snack
Lunch or Diner: Low calorie meal
It is highly important you drink 2 liters of water by day during your weight loss diet.
What is a Low carb meal in our Lifestyle plan?
Your low carb meal will be made of
1 portion of meat or fish for your protein intake. 1 portion is 150 grams approx. Poultry and white fish are low calorie protein, and are highly recommended, especially at the beginning of your weight loss plan to help you burning fat quickly. Red meat or oily fish are allowed (better if consume after the second week of your lifestyle Plan), but only once a day.
Vegetables or salad: all vegetables are suitable with our Lifestyle plan. However, some vegetables like Tomato or Carrot contain more sugar than the other vegetables. As a consequence, you will be allow to consume them only once a day. Please bare in mind that all beans are not allowed in our Lifestyle plan: chickpeas, black beans, red beans are forbidden.
1 fruit: fresh fruit and not juice . Be careful that canned fruit are very often with added sugar and so are not allowed during your lifestyle plan.

Once your weight target is achieved?
Thanks to our BMI calculator, you knew exactly how much weight you had to lose to achieve your healthy weight. You follow our Lifestyle plan as requested and you did it!! You reached your Healthy weight: CONGRATULATION!!! You now need to enter in our Stabilisation phase. We recommend you 1 week of stabilisition with re-introduction of carbohydrates and dairy products.
1 day for diner you will add carbohydrates ( pasta, rice or potatoes).
The next day for lunch: add some cheese.
Or to make it easier, don't hesitate to complete your stabilisation with Our Management plan.
Prior to starting any weight loss program, any question concerning your health and your ability to follow a weight loss program has to be discuss with your Doctor.
Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day. These products are not meal replacement but are high biological value protein supplements. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
