If you have an overweight
of 11lbs to 1sst1lb (5 to 7 kg)*, we recommend you our 14 Days Total fast Plan (TFP).
TFP is a simple low carb diet with only Pickslim products to eat.
With TFP , you will have 4 products to eat everyday: no meal to prepare, all your food will come from the pack we send you. You will have 1 meal replacement by day, very simple and convenient to eat, you can bring it at work . You will just need to add water or skimmed milk (please refer to our Shakes
pages for more details). You will just have vegetables to add to one of your meal (lunch or diner: the more convenient for you). Except vegetables, you will have no groceries to buy.
Each day you have 4 meals: a total of 56 products.
Breakfast: 1 Pickslim product + 1 tea or coffee.
Lunch or Diner: 1 Pickslim Meal replacement.
Afternoon break: 1 Pickslim snack + 1 sugar free drink (tea, coffee, or zero coke).
Diner or Lunch: 1 Pickslim product with vegetables or salad.
We recommend you to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.

TFP is created to keep your body in Ketosis.
Because all the products you will consumed will be low carbohydrates, and low sugar, you will enter in Ketosis. Ketosis is a metabolic state in which body's energy supply comes from Ketones in your blood rather than blood glucose. Ketosis results from staying on a low carbohydrate diet (Ketogenic diet), while in Ketosis, fat reserves are readily released and consumed , it is the fat burning mode.
As a consequence, you will loose weight quickly.
All products included in TFP are High protein products.
All products you will have to consume during your TFP, are all high protein packed
to avoid hunger. You will feel well nourrished, and as a consequence won't feel tempted to crack on. Because we want to help you to manage your diet stressless, and to ensure you won't be frustrated because of sweet craving, we added 1 snack to make your weight loss easier!!
Once your weight target is achieved?
Thanks to our BMI calculator, you knew exactly how much weight you had to lose to achieve your healthy weight. You follow our Total Fast plan as requested and you did it!! You reached your Healthy weight: CONGRATULATION!!! You now need to enter in our Stabilisation phase. We recommend you 1 week of stabilisition with re-introduction of carbohydrates and dairy products.
1 day for diner you will add carbohydrates ( pasta, rice or potatoes).
The next day for lunch: add some cheese.
Or to make it easier, don't hesitate to complete your stabilisation with Our Management plan.
If for a reason or another, after 14 days of TFP, you are not yet where you want to be, maybe you didn't respect the plan exactly, or had some unexpected extra , or simply weight loss results may vary and are different for each individual. Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day. These products are not meal replacement but are high biological value protein supplements. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
