Management Plan is a 4 weeks plan to stabilise your weight or to keep your nutrition balanced.
Most people who lose weight, put it back on: you need to keep your calorie intake under control.
In Pickslim, we all experience some periods when our weight maintenance
is not a priority as we want to enjoy our Holidays, Festives period with our Friends and family, or even just an indulgent week end.
To avoid yoyo effect, you need to come back on rack immediately and you will notice that consequences are fastly forgot!
That's why, Pickslim created for you the Management plan:
you immediately reduce carbohydrates, calories and sugar
. You stop alcohol. You increase your proteins intake
to ensure you won't be hungry, and so you won't be tempted to crack on.
OR if your BMI is in between 19 to 23, you are at a healthy weight.
However, if you would like to lose some pounds, or if you want a steady weight loss,
we would recommend you Our 28 days Management plan.
Once you completed a weight loss plan, you need a stabilisation to ensure you won't gain weight back on.
If you complete our Total fast plan
or our Lifestyle plan
, we recommend you to do at least 1 week of Management plan for a smooth transition to normal eating. And if your weight loss has been higher than 15lbs ( 7kg), you might need 4 weeks of stabilisation or transitional diet. You can decide to have Management Plan at home to always have Back up plan in case of indulgent period.
Management Plan is 1 MRP and 2 high protein snacks per day.
You Weight management plan
is a simple response to your weight increase
in order to loose your extra weight fastly and easily:
You will replace 1 of your meal with a Meal replacement, and will have 2 low carb snacks high in protein
to avoid hunger.
Your day will be:
Breakfast: 2 slices of bread or a low carb Protein (ideally you can order our low carb and high protein products to increase efficiency of your diet), with a tea or a coffee.
Morning break: 1 Pickslim snack.
Lunch or Diner: 1 MRP.
Afternoon break: 1 Pickslim snack.
Lunch or Diner: Low calorie meal with 1 portion of protein (ideally poultry or fish, however red meat is allowed 1 or 2 times a week),vegetables, 1 fruit.
Drink 2 liters min of water per day
, or sugar free drink.
If your weight gain is higher than 15 lbs (7kg), 4 weeks of weight management will be needed to come back on rack.
If your weight gain is more than 8 lbs* (4 kg), you might need 4 complete weeks to come back to your initial weight. If you want a faster weight loss,
we would recommend you Lifestyle Plan.
If you use our Management plan for stabilisation
: add carbohydrates for you diner every 2 other day: rice, pasta, potatoe, or beans like red bean, chickpeas, black beans.
Prior to starting any weight loss program, any question concerning your health and your ability to follow a weight loss program has to be discuss with your Doctor.
Make sure you drink plenty of liquid every day. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition.
